Personal Profile

Keyboard and Mouse

I am a product manager for Microsoft and triathlete based in greater Seattle area, Washington, USA. After starting with cycling at the age of 11, I then went on riding with a local club affiliated with pro team AG2R at the age of 15. I started dabbling with triathlon at the age of 16 and found a passion for the sport. I onboarded the triathlon development team of Midi-Pyrenees 2 years later where I was racing for Toulouse Triathlon. My studies took over and I left for the UK in 2003. After about 15 years of non-exercise, I re-started doing triathlon in 2018 in the USA. To learn more about me, keep exploring my site or reach out directly.

PRODUCT DESIGN

I have a real product sense. With my atypical background (Business, entrepreneur) and my software skills, I'm able to put myself into the user's place and design products that are easy to use and bring value.

PRODUCT MANAGEMENT

Having worked as an entrepreneur and as part of the largest productivity platform on the planet, i.e. Office 365, I have learnt a thing or two about product management. Working with multiple teams, driving product alignments with senior members, is now second nature to me and enjoy doing it!

CODING

The first thing that brought to the software space is coding. Although I have not got a computer science degree, I have learnt coding over the years. Engineers that worked with me say that "I'm a dev disguised as a program manager! :)". I have specialized in .Net and Web technologies, i.e. C#, HTML, JavaScript, but also developed mobile applications as part of an ERP solution.

DATABASE & DATA LAKE

Over the years, I have worked with multiple data store solutions, with the associated query language; including SQL, Cassandra, Neo4J, HDFS and most of the Azure based data store services.

I have recently been focusing on graph databases.
